The Basis and Vision of the Establishment of Chinese Military Officer Professionalization

　　Decision of Chinas Central Committee of the Communist Party on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform approved by the third plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has that, a scientific and standard military official system should gradually take shape with the establishment of the military officer professionalization system as the driving force.Based on the theory of modern human resources management, this paper analyzes the economic, legal and social background of establishing the system of Chinese military professionalism, and based on Chinas national and military actual conditions, this paper proposes the vision of Chinese officer professionalism system, including officer classification system, officer rank system, recruitment and selection system, assessment and evaluation system, education and training system, payment and welfare system, promotion flow system, as well as retirement and security system,and so on.
