Influencing Factors and Suggestions for One Belt and One Road Strategy Against the Background of Government Transformation

　　Following the philosophies of sustainable development, the pursuit of Chinese dream, the socialist core values, China put forward the Silk Road Economic Zone and Silk Road on the Sea in the21st Century (One Belt and One Road) in 2015 for world peace, development and cooperation.Throughout the Chinese governments reform and transformation, the service-oriented government has been gradually constructed.While joining the world economy more actively, it concerns about the improvement of peoples livelihood, well-being, and economic growth.So this article studies the external and internal factors of One Belt and One Road against the background of government transformation and analyzes these factors from a new perspective, namely the relations between the government transformation, social management innovation and the One Belt and One Road.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
