Thermal Insulation Performance of Nanopore Insulation Board
Nanopore insulation board is developed on the basis of the principle of the nano pore and become a new type of nano porous insulating board.Its thermal insulation performance is very good at high-temperature solid insulation.In this paper,the nanopore insulation board was fabricated by dry pressing using amorphous SiO2 and high alumina fiber which were uniformly mixed in the ball mill,and adding suitable amount of sunscreen and a certain quality of binder.Its thermal conductivity was tested and multi-function simulation equipment was used to study the thermal insulation performance.The specimens possess low thermal conductivity.A unique anti-infrared radiation heat transfer performance of ZnO greatly reduces the thermal conductivity increases with temperature rising,which effectively improves high temperature performance of the nano porous thermal insulation material.After two hours at 1000℃ heat preservation,cold face temperatures hardly change.
