This Anti-Oxidation Coating Can Effectively Increase the Service Life of the Submerged Nozzle
With the progress of metallurgical technology,especially the development of continuous casting technology has higher and higher demand for performance of refractory,in addition to requirements has high refractory performance,also must have purify liquid steel,improvement the quality of liquid steel,and a series of special functions.Continuous casting with three big functional refractory materials,including the monoblock stopper,long nozzle and submerged nozzle,etc.Aluminum-Carbon refractory,which has high strength and excellent slag corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance,long service life,is widely used in functional continuous casting refractories,such as submerged nozzle.However,the graphite of submerged nozzle is easy to be oxidized.In order to improved the oxidation resistance of that,the low cost and high efficient oxidation resistant coatings has been sutdied,so as to applied to the other continuous casting functional refractories materials.
