The numerical simulation research of combustor performance affected by the nozzle performance deterioration
Fuel nozzle is the main part of gas turbine combustor,thus the performance reduction of nozzle has important implications for the combustor itself.In order to find the specific effects to the combustor,this essay adopted the CFD numerical simulation method,getting the combustor performance parameters(including combustion efficiency,total pressure loss,OTDF and RTDF)changing curve in the nozzle clogging and nozzle deflection studies.The results show that: in the study of nozzle clogging,the combustion efficience has a dramatic decline and the distribution of temperature in the outlet becomes more and more nonuniform; in the study of nozzle deflection,a small angle deflection(less than 5 degrees)in the combustion has little influence on the combustor performance and regular work.
