Research of weight deduction in full-scale aircraft static strength test
Weight deduction is one of the key steps in full-scale aircraft static strength test.It refers to deducting the weight of aircraft structure and loading device.Weight deduction will keep the experimental craft zero-gravity during the full-scale aircraft static strength test and fatigue strength test to make the test status as real flight condition of the plane more truly.So the improvement of weight deduction technique level in full-scale aircraft static strength test could reduce the effect on test results by the weight of test piece and loading device,and make progress in static strength test technique level.In consideration of the necessary and benefit of weight deduction,a complete scheme of weight deduction in full-scale aircraft static structural test was presented,which including the method for calculating the weight of test piece,method for deducting the weight of test piece and loading device.The scheme of weight deduction also includes the design of the weight deduction device.Its presented first that a new method for computing the weight of experimental craft,which could be called components-whole craft-components method,to get deduction coefficient and achieve more rigorous calculation for the weight of experimental craft.The method solves the problem previously existed that there was a large deviation between computed weight distribution and real weight distribution.Then a set of logical principles of weight deduction is presented in test according to full-scale aircraft test characteristics to provide a basis for deducting the weight of every part of the experimental craft in different test status.In the end various weight deduction device are designed on the basis of deformation of the test components to deduct the weight for accuracy.The full-scale static strength test of one type of aircraft was used as research object in the article.The test was successfully completed and valid test result was obtained by deducting the weight of test piece and loading device based on the above-mentioned scheme.With the analysis of test result,the strain and load value of the critical location exhibits a good linear relationship.Constraining forces of test piece are in accordance with calculated value very well.The weight deduction device runs stably during the test.It shows that the method for calculating weight deducted is scientific and logical,and the weight deduction scheme is viable.The proposed scheme could deduct the weight of test piece and loading device effectively,reduce the weight effect on test results and has important reference significance to similar test in the future.
