Research on Labor Relations Issues of High-Tech Companies

  Labor relations issues of high-tech companies are significant in the current Chinas economic society.Characteristics of labor relations in Chinas high-tech enterprises are different from its characteristics in traditional industries.Characteristics of labor relations in Chinas high-tech enterprises have an external market-driven, individual, externalization and flexibility of other features.The core problems that these features caused are decreased organizational commitment, more difficult to retain core staff and core technology training and increase the accumulation of difficulties.To solve these problems depends largely on the adjustment of labor relations management strategy.To establish a sound scientific management of labor relations system is crucial for the development of high-tech enterprises.
