An Empirical Study of the Application Evaluation and Optimization Design of Balanced Scorecard in Enterprise

　　Balanced scorecard has been favored by many outstanding enterprises at home and abroad since its creation.However, many problems exposed when the balanced scorecard actually has been applied in some domestic enterprises.Empirical research would be used in this paper.Company A is taken as an example.First the balanced scorecard effectiveness evaluation of the enterprise has been made by using questionnaire.Then the structural equation mode has been utilized to optimizing the weight of index of balanced scorecard and this method can provide a more objective result than expert marking that was widely applied before.Finally a general method which helps enterprises that have applied balanced scorecard to optimize the application periodically has been provided.
