Rational Control of Administrative Cost of Chinese Government

摘要：

　　During 1999-2011, the administrative cost is on the increase, and the proportion it accounts for GDP and public finance expenditures is a little too high.At the same time, the inner structure of administrative expenditure is unreasonable, with too many public servants and the three public consumptions increasing.In addition, compared with other countries, administrative cost in our country is much higher; meanwhile, the growth rate of administrative cost in provincial areas is much faster than that of GDP, fiscal revenue as well as financial expenditures.In order to solve the problems, we have to set up a reasonable government institution, improve the budgeting system, strengthen administrative personnels aving consciousness, establish a good supervision system and develop the electronic government.
