The Construction of Regional Network Governance Mode on Public Crisis in China

　　In recent years, with a variety of network organization (strategic alliances, industry cluster, etc.) appear constantly, network governance as a kind of new management mode appears in the field of public administration.Network governance is a process in order to achieve the public interest, share the public power and manage the public affairs.Based on the characteristics of regional public crisis, the paper analyzes the necessity, feasibility and the coupling, based on the analysis of constructing regional network governance mode on public crisis in China.In line with the analysis accordingly, the paper puts forward the basic path of constructing regional network governance of public crisis, is mainly to strengthen the crisis sense of governance agent, set up the crisis management linkage mechanism between the cross-regional and across departments and also ensure perfect supply of institution.Through the constructing of the regional network governance model of public crisis management, it is concluded that the actual efficiency of crisis management can be improved.
