Study on Chinas Land-related Fiscal Issue and the Relationship Between House Prices and Land Prices

摘要：

　　This paper studies the formation, current situation and risks of Chinas land-related fiscal issue.Based on the related data of 35 large and medium cities, we empirically analyze the relationship between house prices and land prices by using co-integration analysis and Panel Vector Autoregression model.Finally, we put forward some suggestions based on the results of empirical analysis.
