Humanity Hypothesis and Chinese Public Organizational Behavior:A Model Design from a Social Network Perspective
The vast majority of current studies on behavioral models for public organizations focus on the west humanity hypothesis.These studies address the topic of humanity hypothesis purely from the perspective of individuals or groups while ignoring important facts about the Chinese society and links between social individuals.This study was conducted to design an organizational behavior model with Chinese characteristics and theoretical explanatory power.It first introduces a new humanity hypothesis conforming to Chinese conditions under the social network theory.The results supported the analysis of individuals organizational behavior patterns.Finally, a public organizational behavior model was designed to reveal the law of Chinese organizational behaviors.
