A Study on the Application of the Policy Network in Chinas Food Safety Policy-making Process

　　Food safety has become a major discussion topic in todays society.Strengthening the making of the public food policy and integrating the policy into the legal law system have become essential factors for constructing and reinforcing Chinas society administration.Food safety issue is definitely not a static issue but a process that involves the perpetual confrontation and contention between the stakeholders.After analyzing the applicability of the Policy Network theory on Chinas food safety policy-making process, this paper will use Policy Network theory to perform analysis on the actual activities of Chinas food safety policy-making process, including actors inside the policy networks and their interactive relationships.On the basis of the analysis result, this paper will then suggest appropriate treatment strategies.
