A Literature Review on Interlocal Collaboration of Public Crisis and Emergency Management in China

　　In recent years, various types of public crisis occur frequently and the inter-local characteristic becomes much more obvious.Therefore, the collaboration governance of public crisis of interlocal governments should be urgently strengthened.Under this background, scholars in the study of public crisis of interiocal collaboration and interlocal governance launched a useful exploration.This paper has reviewed many relevant literatures from the year 2007 to 2012, inducing and analyzing related concepts of public crisis, the dilemma of emergency collaboration in different regions and research paths of interlocal collaboration governance of public crisis.In the last part of this paper, we point out future issues of interlocal collaboration in public crisis of governance research.
