Research on United NGOsOperational Mechanism in Southwest China
The united operational mechanism of folk organizations is a relatively innovative way to govern social affairs, which can not only avoid government failure, market failure and the embarrassed scenarios for separate folk organization dealing with public issues, but also assist the government to handle international and domestic matters efficiently. As a better complementary cooperation form, the united NGOs gained more support and trust from the government for their more perfect management capability, so that the government can decentralize certain power to the folk organizations to share some social task.Due to the great contributions and experience made in disaster rescue work, the NGOs are expected to participate in other social affairs together and have a stronger voice about them.Though it is beneficial for the NGOs to assist the government to avert decision mistakes and enjoy high working efficiency by adopting united operational mechanism to conduct public affairs, this paper reveals that there are several essential aspects for the related NGOs to refine this united mechanism in the process.Except that the folk organizations should better themselves externally and internally, the consistent evaluation and supervision from the third party are also extraordinarily indispensable for ensuring sustainable development.
