Literature Review on International Energy Security Cooperation

摘要：

　　Along with the deepening of globalization, international cooperation becomes part of energy security measures.Chinese scholars have proposed some new ideas about energy security which include the following aspects: each nations energy security is independent yet correlates with the international energy security, so solving the issue of international energy security is the guarantee for national energy security; energy security can be achieved only through international cooperation; international cooperation aims at achieving mutual benefits; energy cooperation involves multiple fields and regions; the form of cooperation is diversified.Scholars in other countries believe that there is only one oil market in the world and its security is the prerequisite of energy security of net importers; international cooperation and diversified supply is of great significance for energy security; the energy cooperation should exist between exporting countries and importing countries as well as among importing countries.
