Green Transformation of Regional Policies of China for Resources Saving and Environment Protection

摘要：

　　Since China has a vast space of national land, obvious difference in regional development, inharmonious regional economic development and imbalanced spatial development exist and become important roots of the resource and environment issues of China.To this end, it is proposed in this article that the green transformation of regional policies under restriction of resources and environment requires comprehensive integration of the concept of ecological civilization construction to form a spatial development pattern featuring resource conservation and environmental protection, give full play to the initiative of regional ecological civilization construction, highlight the regional features and enhance the support for the construction of ecological civilization in underdeveloped and problem regions.In order to promote the green transformation of regional policies, it is required to further implement and define the spatial balance mechanism, establish an effective organizational assurance mechanism, and execute ecological reconstruction and green transformation of current regional performance assessment system, regional coordination mechanism, regional aid policy, etc.
