The BPR of Investment Projects Administrative Examinations and Approval Procedure of Local Government in China--The Case of Yuhang

　　The administrative examination and approval system is an important management tool of the government.After more than 10 years and 6 rounds of the administrative system reform, great progress has been achieved, but more and more difficulties emerged in the practice of local government.In this paper, we considered the reform of AEA system of Yuhang district (Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China Mainland) government as a research object and we investigated the process of investment project examination and approval.Therefore, we analyzed the AEA process of the general industrial project, and put forward some rational proposals for improvement.Compared with the changes before and after the reform, we found that by the way of management reform within the government, they achieved improvement performance.
