Research on China High-quality Employment Issue

摘要：

　　The problem of employment quality is not only the core issue in economic development of China, but also an important factor which affects Chinas economic development.In Chinas policy, employment quality should be promoted.High-quality employment can be mainly interpreted as enough employment opportunities, fair employment environment, good employment ability, reasonable employment structure and harmonious labor relations, etc.An evaluation system for employment quality with different dimensions is established to analyze the main problems and influencing factors.Targeted policy recommendations for employment quality are put forward according to the current situation.
