Research on Chinas Civil Servants Psychological Stress-Based on the Cognitive Activation Theory of Stress

　　With the progress of the society and the transformation of government functions, civil servants as the intermediate link between state policy and people are undergoing too much stress beyond endurable, yet whose mental health problems are getting more and more attention of society.This paper applies the Cognitive Activation Theory of Stress into the psychological stress problems of civil servants; analyzes the reasons why civil servants have psychological problems.The reasons mainly include stress stimuli, expectation of stress stimuli, and experience of the stress response.On the basis of analyzing the reasons, this paper demonstrates the methods to solve the problem of civil servants psychological stress from controlling pressure sources, cultivating correct cognition and expectation of stress and using of psychological therapy.
