Research on the Value Orientation of Chinas Public Policies in the Development of Cultural Industry

　　With the rapid development of global economy, as the globally-recognized sun-rise industry, the culture industry runs forward more obviously and quickly.It has become the chief industry in some western countries.However, Chinas cultural industry is still at its beginning stage with weak integration capacity in domestic market and competence in global market.Public policy has played an important role in promoting economic development.The flawed cultural industry policy has a direct impact on the rapid development of Chinas cultural industry.The orientation of public policy is the most critical part in policy science.Therefore, this paper, based on the analysis of the value orientation of public policy, will focus on the deviation of the value orientation of cultural industry policy.By combining the current status, at the mean time, the paper also analyzes and summarizes the suggestions of optimizing the value orientation of Chinas cultural industry policy so as to promote more quick and effective development of cultural industry.
