On Human Population Growth and Human Resources

摘要：

　　Along with the rapid economic and social development in China, the need for high quality human resources is becoming larger and larger.However, due to the large population and different levels of peoples quality resulted from the gap between the rich and the poor, it is increasingly urgent to explore the approaches to solve the problem of human population growth and human resources.After considering the present situation of the population in China, this paper proposes the countermeasures from five perspectives.They are institutional innovation, education and training, migration policy, industry as a driving force, and making use of urbanization.
