Research on the Relationship among Industry,Economy and the Local Policy in West China

摘要：

　　Based on previous studies, a fact can be seen that the scholars do not clear the logic relationship of international industry transformation, economic growth and industrial structure evolution.The econometric model is constructed by referring to the Neoclassical Economic Growth Model and the corresponding data from west region.This paper researches into the relationship among Industry and Economy as well as local policy in the western of China.After analysis, a conclusion can be drawn that through the combination of capital effect and technology effect, western economic growth is promoted by the international industry transformation, however it does not promote the development of tertiary industry in China.Some suggestions of local governmental policies are put forward based on the above concluded logical relationship and the status quo of western region of China.
