The Path to Basic Public Services Equalization for Megalopolis in China

摘要：

　　Due to population structure, resource endowments and general governance model, the Chinese megalopolises are different from the usual cities and regions.The main problem in megalopolis is the unequalization supply of basic public services between the household registration population and those without the without.The contradiction between the supply capacity of basic public services and the growing population without household registration restricts megalopolis process of equalization of basic public services.Population Control, supply capacity enhancement, the gradual elimination of unequalization between household registration and non-registered population and maintaining dynamic balance between the demand of basic public services and the supply are the paths to achieve the megalopolis equalization of basic public services in China.
