Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Higher Education Resource Allocation
From a global perspective, problems of public resource allocation discussed in this paper are dedicated and implemented by all countries around the world.Public education is a premium resource that involves differences in identities, household registers, regions, nationalities, and professions. The allocation of public education is obviously unfair, which is not only a result of malfunctioning government policies with excessive biased favors but also a problem of abnormal industrialization of education by blindly introducing the market competition mechanism.Higher education resource allocation refers to the allocation in many aspects, such as the investment of human society, material and financial resources in higher education.Due to various reasons, higher education, which is a higher level of public education, also has many similar problems that remain to be dealt with in the course of its resource allocation. The problem of financial investment is among the top issues. To improve the efficiency in allocating educational resources, we can learn from the experience of other developed countries in the field of higher education. We should accelerate the reform of education system, define the jurisdiction of the government in allocating resources of higher education, construct an open higher education system that can meet the challenges in globalization and international competition, and encourage innovations by promoting and supporting the development of private higher education so as to promote the healthy development of global higher education.
