Research on Drifting Goals in the Construction of Public Projects in China

摘要：

　　Nowadays, people are very concerned about the investment effect of public projects in urban construction, and it is also an important factor relating to the healthy development of national economy.In recent years, with the increasing investment of the public infrastructure projects, how to evaluate the investment effect of public projects has become an important research topic in the engineering management.This paper mainly discusses the phenomenon of the drifting goals throughout the entire process in project construction and gets to be concluded that the ultimate construction effect significantly lower than the predicted effect in the pre-set goal while it will reduce the overall efficiency and the investment effect in many public projects.This paper also analyzes its main causes and targets to reduce the phenomenon of drifting goals.
