Study on Local Government Performance Management Methods

摘要：

　　The problem of controlling of public service operation and public services policy-making power to achieve non-fair trade exists currently in the public service sectors of local government.Both the public service sectors and the performance supervision sectors are facing a certain risk, the performance supervision sectors aim to achieve the maximization of social welfare and whereas the public service sectors aim to maximize their utility after taking risky factors into account through non-fair trade.This paper firstly analyzes theoretically through mathematic model the corresponsive relations among the key factors in the current management methods of local government services performance, and then purposes a more effective method on local government public service performance management for the decision-makers.
