Study on the Construction of the E-government Outsourcing in China

摘要：

　　With the popularization of Internet technology in global scale, its becoming an important measure for government to improve the government management and service ability by using digital, networking and informatization means, and the E-government mode is more mature.Its necessary to strengthen the research of E-government outsourcing theory both at home and abroad, especially about the study of outsourcing mode.Then this paper summarizes experience and draws lessons from it so as to provide relevant references for Chinese government in the process of the E-government outsourcing construction in relation to the issues of service provider selection, management methods and corresponding financial system, ect.
