An Analysis on the Factors Influencing the University Campus Cyberculture Environment and the Approaches to Optimize it

　　Cyberculture environment on university campus plays an important role in promoting the ideological and political education and the education quality of college students, as well as in achieving inheritance and innovation of campus culture.So, firstly, in view of fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people which is the goal and task of university education, this paper analyzes the four factors influencing the cyberculture environment in universities, including the establishing group, the content, the technology and the interaction.Secondly, four optimization approaches are proposed, namely to strengthen college students network morality and responsibility education, to enrich the content and forms of cyberculture, to achieve better development and application of the internet technology, and to establish a sound cyberculture management system.
