Study on How to Improve Chinas E-governmental Performance Assessment

　　With the wide application of information and communication technology, E-government has been becoming a necessary program for government reforms to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of government administration.An assessment means a development.An effective E-government performance evaluation can guide the scientific development of E-government, improve the value of E-government, accelerate the transformation of government functions and deepen the construction of the governments performance.Therefore, the assessment of the performance of e-government is an indispensable part of the Government Performance Evaluation.This paper aims to point out the shortcomings of Chinas E-government performance evaluation, and put forward suggestions and ides to improve Chinas E-government performance assessment on the basis of the practical experience and the theoretical research of Chinas domestic e-government performance evaluation.
