Motivational Mechanism of the Disclosure of the Governments Environmental Information

　　The disclosure of the governments environmental information is the basis and precondition for the governments environmental public management and the publics environmental right to know and participation in environmental governance.With the implementation of The government information disclosure ordinance and the environment information disclosure regulations (trial), Chinese govemrnent.has significantly improved in terms of environmental information disclosure, but lacks motivation in the aspects of the scope of the environmental information disclosure and supervision, and lacks maneuverability in practice.As a result, the government should change the environment of public management ideas, improve the system of environmental information disclosure, and protect the citizens right to environmental information, and promote public participation in ecological civilization construction.
