Organizational and Economic Foundation and Power Operation of the Community Committee--A Case Study of Hehuachi Community in Y City,Jiangsu Province,China

摘要：

　　At present, the Community Committee has the administrative function, but its resource is insufficient.Against this background, it is required to be equipped with not only suitable organizational and economic foundation but also several power operation strategies which are consistent with local culture to consolidate them the operation power of the community committee.The paper, by analyzing several related empirical information, discusses the foundation and strategies of the operation power of the community committee.
