Empirical Study on the Relationship between Industrial Restructuring and Development of Low Carbon Economy in Heilongjiang Province of China

摘要：

　　With Carbon dioxide emissions per unit GDP, per capita GDP in Heilongjiang province over 1996-2012 as indicator for the development of low carbon economy, the percentage of proportion of third industry as the indicator for the industrial restructuring, a double logarithmic model is established to study relationship between industrial restructuring and development of low carbon economy in Heilongjiang Province.The recommendations made for policy making include applications of new and high technology; providing modem financing service and improving low carbon awareness in different fields.
