Research on Regional Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Based on Grey Correlation Analysis in China
The quantitative valuation is essential for improvement of regional energy saving and emission reduction.In this paper, the regional energy saving and emission reduction capacity would be evaluated based on grey correlation analysis.First, the influence factors of regional energy saving and emission reduction is analyzed.Policy of energy saving and emission reduction, supervision of energy saving and emission reduction, energy consumption of public sector, energy consumption of life, industrial structure evolution, and input of science and technology are the important influence factors for regional energy saving and emission reduction.The comprehensive evaluation index system is built with these influence factors.Then, the comprehensive evaluation way of regional energy saving and emission reductions efficiency is studied based on grey correlation analysis.The research result could provide decision support for improvement of regional energy saving and emission reduction.
