Research on the Legal Countermeasure of the Circular Economy under the Background of Ecological Civilization--From the Perspective of Public Participation
Under the background of the increasingly prominent contradiction between economic development and environment protecting, the importance of the construction of ecological civilization is increased to the height of the overall layout of the Chinese characteristics socialist cause.The circular economy will be the focus of the building of the ecological civilization, through the implementation of circular economy; we can change the traditional mode of production and the way of life.And it is a correct understanding of the relations between the ecological civilization and the circular economy, and it is a wise choice of following the ecological and economic principles.Nowadays, the development of our circular economy law is just the beginning and there is no wild public foundation.In order to achieve the development of circular economy and realize the inherent demand of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, we need the joint efforts of the whole society, and we must emphasize on the function of the public participation.
