Micro System Development of Intercollegiate Cooperation:Take Harvard-Yenching Institute as a Case Study

　　Higher education is becoming more and more internationalized; now China has cooperated with foreign education more and more.The successful cooperation between colleges depends on cooperation systems.Harvard-Yenching Institute is known as a cooperation model in the Republican era.This paper takes The Archives of the United Board for Christian Higher Education as the analysis text.As an intercollegiate cooperation, Harvard-Yenching Institute has formal cooperation agreement, cooperation rule, and cooperation system.The cooperation agreement has determined the purpose of the cooperation.The cooperation system includes the project application system, the annual plan system, and the annual evaluation system, etc..The director of institute is responsible for supervision and assessment of the progress of cooperation.Micro system development is the key factor of successful intercollegiate cooperation.
