Human Rights and Cultural Soft Power

摘要：

　　Nowadays, with the international situation continuing going towards economic integration and political pluralism, the issue of human rights and the role of cultural soft power have become increasingly prominent.Since entering the new century, China has been paying more attention on the cause of human rights protection, which has improved the national cultural soft power significantly.Besides, with further understanding and expanding the human rights awareness, the human rights concept, the human rights spirit and the human rights value, the nation has fundamentally increased the influence and the discourse power of the national cultural soft power in the international community.
