CONSTRUCTING NEW TEACHING MODEL OF ENGINEERING TRAINING RELYING ON PROJECT TRAINING

　　With the implementation of the education training plan for excellent engineers, new and higher demands of the teaching reform are raised in college engineering training.However, under this new situation, traditional teaching mode of which the training is carried out by the type of work can no longer meet the needs of talent cultivation.Constructing a new engineering training teaching mode relying on the project training is the development direction of the engineering training teaching reform.The content of project training includes feasibility demonstration and identification of project, content analysis, establishment of implementing scheme, implementation of project, summary and acceptance of projects, etc.The teaching system of project training includes project repository system, teaching management system, support system and appraisal system, etc.To the students, their abilities of discovering problems, analyzing problems and solving problems can be cultivated, and their practical ability, organization and cooperation ability, team spirit, innovative thinking and innovation practice capacity can be promoted through the project training.The teaching mode of project training can lay an important platform for cultivating the innovation ability of the students.
