The Construction of Management Domain Ontology

摘要：

　　Based on the com parison between management thesaurus and m anagement domain ontology,this article proves the necessities and practicalities of ontology-based management knowledge organization,and the significance of ontological approaches,which should be adopted to management information organization.In addition,it also summarizes the basic situations of management domain ontology,and designs the princi pies and procedures of management domain ontology establishing,based on which a management domain ontology is established.
