Study on Preparation and Properties of Stabilized Foams

摘要：

　　In this paper,a simple and versatile approach to prepare stabilized foams was reported,and the foam expansion,gas-liquid interfacial tension,stability and microstructure were characterized.The results showed that with the addition of foam stabilizing agent and accessory ingredient the stability of bubbles was enhanced,however,the foam expansion was slightly decreased.The foam modified by stabilizing agents K12 (sodium dodecyl sulfate) and accessory ingredient G1,has the highest stability.
