Application of Balanced Score Card in LCC Management

摘要：

　　Minimizing LCC is an important way in cost control.But the system life cycle can be influenced by many factors,such as the change of strategic target and the application of new technology.In this case,how can LCC be optimized? In this paper,application of balanced score card is discussed in LCC optimization process on condition that the strategic target hasn’t been changed.
