The Research on Government Credit Problems of China during the Social Transformation Period
Government credit is the core part of the social credit system, which plays an important role in supporting and guiding the development of commercial credit and personal credit. There are so many social risks during the Chinese social transformation period, such as institutional risks, hierarchical risks, cultural and psychological risks, etc. It will bring a series of negative impacts on the normal development of Chinese society; and the government credit problems will make the situation worse. Therefore, understanding the connotation of the government credit, exploring the deeper reasons through the phenomena of the government credit problems, and finding the ways to resolve the problems; which would be valuable and meaningful for China to build a responsible government and maintain social stability.
