Philosophical Paradigm Transformation of China Planning: From Subjectivity to Inter-subjectivity?

This paper presents a discussion on the philosophical paradigm transformation of China planning. In this paper, planning has been defined as the vision and actions for the future based on some kind of regulation. The research points out that the China planning is undergoing a transform from governmentled to government, enterprises and public jointly participate, which means the transform from subjectivity to inter-subjectivity of philosophical paradigm, the publicity of planning is more and more important. However, different from western planning government, enterprises and the third sector subject specific paradigm, similar such as the existence of bastardized social main body is contemporary Chinese reality. Because of the existence of Chinese three primaries social main body, the way of Chinese planning transformation is not the same to the way of other countries.
