The Mechanism of the Internet Society Order and Its Monitoring System

摘要：

This paper uses the research methods in politics and management combined with data analysis and case studies to present the concept of internet society order (I.S.O.) and its mechanism, and argue that the internet society order is composed of the order of governments law, the order of the internet media and enterprises technology and the order of netizens ethics; these three components interact to form a complete internet society order. It points out that the existence of the internet society disorder and its harms based on the analysis of the characteristics of the internet society order and its problems in contemporary China. A monitoring system should be built including the governments legal monitoring, internet media and enterprises technical monitoring and the netizens ethical monitoring. The operation of this monitoring system can adjust the disorder in the internet society and reduce its negative impact and harms.
