A Dimensional Analysis on Social Stability—Public Concern of Government Administration in the Case of Internet Mass Disturbances
Currently, china is witnessing social transition, causing changes in terms of values, systems and interests pattern. A variety of social issues increases, including mass disturbances. With the development and popularization of Internet, mass disturbances which exert greater influence and are difficult to govern, have reached into the field of Internet. Their frequent occurrence seriously strikes government administration, and thus it is imperative to govern. Adopting the analytical framework of theory of government functions, this essay is designed to analyze features and development law of Internet mass disturbances from two dimensions — social stability and public concern. Also based on the four patterns of leadership behaviors, this essay proposes the four patterns of social stability — public concern suitable for Internet mass disturbances, so as to gqvern mass disturbances more effectively and promote social harmony.
