Analysis of Psychological Capital Development

Based on positive psychology and active organizational behavior as the thinking framework for psychological capital, the key of research and development is a persons individual advantages and his or her strength buried in active psychology. Psychological capital development is an important premise to magnify employees perceived sense of happiness, a significant source to improve performance of employees, and a necessary trend of reform of human capital management in organizations. Development of individual psychological capital mainly covers a persons own sense of performance and efficiency, optimism, hope and resilience; development of collective psychological capital mainly covers a groups sense of performance and efficiency, trust and cooperation.
