Study on Causes and Countermeasures for Local Government Behavior Anomie

摘要：

At present, the government is the provider of the old system as well as the innovator of the new system. As the reform subject with dual identity, anomie actions of the government may be caused due to conflicts of role definition. Anomie actions of the government exist in different degrees on the whole society which is attributed to a lot of reasons such as the rentseeking bureaucracy, the moral disorientation, lack of power restriction and supervision mechanism and so on. Anomie actions of local government are the most obvious on the whole system of the government. Therefore, governmental actions must be guided by scientific conceptions and regulated by scientific system. Only in this way, can governmental actions be improved to promote the development of economy and society.
