The Operational Risks and Countermeasures of Government Affairs Micro-blog in China
The vigorous development of the micro-blog for government affairs has had a profound impact on Chinas social management and administrative operations. Government departments, officials took the initiative to launch government affairs microblog to make the public more access to upload, to resolve the contradiction in a more timely way and be more productive, which adapted to the social conditions and public opinions. Government affairs micro-blog has brought closer distance between government departments and the masses with its accessibility, efficiency, compatibility, and many other advantages and improved the work style of government departments, making for dispelling doubts and share sorrows for the people. However, compared with the requirements of the public to the micro-blog for government affairs, its feature is not yet brought into full play and there are still huge challenges and risks of operation and effective preventive measures are in great need.
