Study on Regional Difference of External Technology Sourcing to Innovation Performance of Chinese Industrial Enterprises

摘要：

Based on the panel data from 2005 to 2007 of Chinese large and medium-sized industrial enterprises with SFA method, this study analyses the effects of technology purchase, import and foreign-owned enterprise R&D diffusion effects to innovation in different regions, and find that (1) During 20052007, region innovation performance is increasing on the whole, but there is obvious differentiation and imbalance among the east, the middle and the west area; (2) three kinds of external technology sourcing have discrepant effects on innovation of industrial enterprise with new product R&D project and new product sales revenue being output respectively. Proposals are given in the end.
