Comparisons between Peoples Congress System in China and Parliamentary System in Britain

摘要：

The Peoples Congress System in China and Parliamentary System in Britain are suitable for national political system. Both can be regarded as a government organization form in modern civilized society. But, there are essential differences between them in many ways. The parliamentary was established in the United Kingdom in 1215. It has been nearly 800 years of history. But the National Peoples Congress in China was established in 1954, from then on, the peoples congress system became the Chinas fundamental political system. Literature research method and comparative study method are used in this paper to describe these differences ami similarities between the two countries. The paper analyzes these differences and similarities resourcing to the specific political, economic and cultural background.
